if not now, when quote

The first thing to be aware of is:

What are you thinking? It is human nature to make a judgement. Broadly speaking this is either A) The rational mind speaking to us or B) Our Intuition giving us a feeling.

IT IS ALWAYS THE RATIONALE THAT CAUSES PROBLEMS. ie It’s a waste to throw it out as I paid a lot of money for it, or I might need it later on etc. BOTH THOUGHTS TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE EITHER STILL STUCK IN THE PAST OR YOU ARE FEARFUL OF THE FUTURE.

So I advise you simply ask yourself these questions, Why do I have this specific item?

When did I get it?

What meaning does it hold for me now? EVERY OBJECT YOU OWN HAS A DIFFERENT ROLE AND ATTACHMENT.

Can you truthfully say that you are happy to hold onto things that stay buried deep in a space in your home. DISCARD THOSE THAT HAVE OUTLIVED THEIR PURPOSE. you’ll surprise yourself when you realise most things have already fulfilled their purpose. What do you have to lose, only the things you find you are clinging to.
