Free Initial Consultation, Hours of Work & Pricing
Dependent on your requirements and the level of Uncluttering that you choose, my hourly rate is variable and agreed during our consultation. My geographical area of travel is London, Essex and Herts. Travel within a 10 mile radius of my base is included in your individual hourly rate and for greater distances outside of this radius a charge is made for travel costs/transport at 45 pence per mile. Discounts may be available for lengthy projects.
My hours of work are from Monday to Friday, totalling a maximum of 6 hours per day, excluding travel time. These hours can be flexible around your daily schedule to avoid peak travel time and family commitments. My minimum period of work is 3 hours, starting on arrival on-site. I can occasionally work weekends.
Projects often evolve on-site. Where exceptional circumstances present themselves, I am prepared to discuss working extra hours and I take great care to communicate any changes with you. Following your initial consultation, a signed copy of my letter of Terms and Conditions should be returned to me, which confirms your acceptance. This forms the basis of the agreement between us and is required before work commences.
Payment is due on completion of your project, for which I will issue an invoice. For lengthy/on-going work, for a period of more than two weeks, I will invoice weekly. Invoices are payable within 7 days of receipt. I accept cash, cheque or bank transfer. Cancellation policy for weekend bookings, less than 5 days in advance the total fee will be charged. For weekdays I operate a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice period.
